  Way overpaid for something horribly plain that I did not want. Be careful you know exactly what you are getting and not tricked into something not as nice as you think you are getting on the display. I hugely regret going with them and now hate my bathroom. They are friendly until there is a problem then too bad. The installer is professional and very good though. Too bad it was not what I thought I ordered. I was hoping for something more modern.

  I have used Lori two times to furnish my home with window treatments. This included blinds, plantation shutters, and draperies. I am very happy with all the results. Lori went above and beyond to help me find exactly the right thing for my house. She checks to make sure that I am satisfied and will gladly correct anything, if I am not. I would highly recommend Lori and have done so!

  From onset to completion, Showplace Floors did not disappoint. They have an unbelievable selection of flooring products and the level of customer service is outstanding. I own a tiny house and had stopped in several times to look at flooring options for my 2 bedrooms. The project was overwhelming because I had never selected tile before and had no idea where to start. Bill, my knowledgeable and helpful salesman, and Blair, secretary extraordinaire, both went to great lengths to educate me on the various products, and to help me get exactly what I wanted, within my budget. They patiently loaned me sample after sample; Bill came to the house and took careful measurements, and was always available when I called or stopped in to ask questions. The man who installed the tile is an artist in his craft; his precision and attention to details is flawless. The result is so beautiful that I’m having them install the same tile in my living room and hallway. Showplace Floors is top notch!
