Have been to Lowe's several times over the years and never had a good experience. Can never find employee when I had a question or needed assistance finding an item. Had stopped going there for around three years, but due to needing a lockset for a door that was being installed today, I went because it was close. Got the item, took it home and contractor installed. When job was done, I was informed there were no keys and it was a used lockset. Par for the course! I would never suggest anyone ever shop for anything at Lowe's.
