  Phil, we would like to thank you and your team for the excellent experience that we had in working with Jansen Shutters during the process of planning, buying and having our hurricane shutters installed by your company. It was a positive experience that should not go unrecognized. Larry Hayden was very patient with us as we progressed through the planning and purchasing phases of this project. The installers, AJ and George, arrived unexpectedly early on the installation date and worked diligently through out the day. Their promptness, workmanship and attention to detail was a delight to experience in this day and age. Last but certainly not least, Amanda and your office staff were always very accommodating and pleasant to speak with over the phone. Thanks again!
