My husband and I visited the private booths, on New Years Eve, we found it exciting and fun until we were leaving the store and one of the employees ( a blond) decided she was going to embarrass us by saying loudly that we had to be in separate booths (which we were) in front of 4 customers, at which time "we replied we were". We thought this was a discreet place!!!!!

I love the store, love the owner, love the staff. They have an ex-military manager at the venice location. He is mean and judgemental! Not suitable for this type of business! Will not go back until he's gone! Too bad. Plenty of other places to go without his attitude.
