Came back after being gone for 6 months. Baseboards covered in little black bugs (most dead, but some still moving). Called Good News.. They sent a guy out who identified them, but said that they really needed to call a technician. No calls that day. Called again this morning for a technician. Still no call back. Very disappointing!

I've been using Good News for over 3 years. Best service, best service tech (James). I rarely have any indoor problems. A couple times had ants come in during raining weeks, but James came out right away and treated. Super happy with the service and courtesy. Easy to pay on-line if you don't want to use the mail.
