  I have bought two systems from these folks. There are many sellers that have the products, but what keeps me coming back is the excellent customer service and sales support. I am not an expert in this area at all, but my son is quite the enthusiast. I needed help determining the appropriate equipment in gifting him a new system. My son, the expert, was very impressed with the system they recommended. He also told me that Fish Tanks Direct had sold me the right equipment instead of what they could have sold an amateur. Then when the worst happened, and the tank arrived damaged by the shipper; Donna and her team jumped in and solved the issue immediately. Jeff Traver
