We are the least techy people on the planet. We thought we would get a call the next day. Five minutes later, 9:00 pm (!!) our phone rings, and he talks us through getting it reset through Frontier. This was above and beyond! The TV itself is incredible, and the installer, Tom, knows what he's doing. All wires hidden, everything was perfect. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful company.
