  Embarrassed to even go in to what used to be my favorite store. Appalled at how filthy the floors REMAIN and all the boxes of unpacked goods. Have contacted management and now Corporate hoping that someone will take notice and restore this fine store to a condition where one will want to shop there again. Appreciate the new manager's, Jim, friendly and helpful attitude but the store needs CLEANING and stocking desperately!!

  Norma Jean is always so helpful. I was in there coughing and she came up with a glass of water without my asking...much appreciated. She is intimate with the inventory and always manages a smile and so helpful . Really a special lady!
